Unlike typical conferences, Bio Innovations APAC is built around high value, pre-scheduled 1-2-1 meetings — designed to spark strategic partnerships, unlock funding, and drive commercial deals.
Our format removes the element of luck from traditional networking and provides the most cost and time efficient way of connecting with potential new customers and partners.
Prior to the event, all participants can review each other’s profiles, send meeting requests and chats, and pre-book 20-minute meetings through the online planner. This enables you to arrive at the event with your meeting schedule already in place.

How do the 1-2-1 meetings work?

Book your place
Buy a Delegate Pass or a sponsorship package. Most companies bring at least two people — meetings run in parallel, so a second attendee roughly doubles what you can cover.

Tell us who you want to meet
Four weeks out, a short form asks what your business does and the type of companies you’re looking for. It takes five minutes, and it’s what makes the matching work.
3.
Access the planner
Two weeks out, the online meeting planner goes live. Browse every attendee profile, filter by sector, role or region, message people directly and book your 1-2-1 meetings.

Use the mobile app
Download the event app to stay on top of your schedule, continue your chats and be notified of any changes. You will receive reminder notifications 10 minutes before every meeting to keep you on track.

Meet at the pre-arranged location
Delegates and Showcase Sponsors
Meetings with sponsors take place in the sponsor's branded space. Meetings with other delegates take place at the delegate meeting tables.

Every one of your meetings takes place in your own dedicated, branded meeting space.
